Mouthguards for Boxing, MMA, and Combat Sports
The mouthguards category is an absolute cornerstone of every fighter's gear, regardless of skill level. A high-quality mouthguard serves two vital functions: it protects your teeth and gums from direct damage and helps stabilize the jaw, which significantly reduces the risk of concussion from impacts to the chin. At Senteso, we offer only proven models that provide a perfect fit and allow for unobstructed breathing even during high-intensity training sessions.
Our selection features gel mouthguards that mold precisely to your teeth after being heated in water (boil-and-bite system), as well as professional multi-layer models for maximum shock absorption. We stock products from top-tier brands like SISU, which are revolutionary for their ultra-thin design that lets you speak and drink in the ring, and classic robust guards from Revgear. Whether you are looking for basic protection for a beginner or an elite shield for professional competition, you will find the right mouthguard here.
How to correctly mold your mouthguard?
Most modern mouthguards work on the "heat and bite" principle. The process is simple: place the guard in hot (not boiling) water for a few seconds, briefly cool it in cold water, and then place it on your upper teeth. Use your fingers and tongue to press out any excess water and air, then bite down firmly. This process ensures the guard won't fall out and provides the best possible protection. If it doesn't fit perfectly the first time, most gel models can be remolded multiple times.
