Professional Fold-Away Wall Mount for Heavy Punching Bags (100 kg Capacity)

Do you need to train with a heavy bag at home or in the gym but struggle with limited space? The Victory Sports Foldable Wall Mount (VSB050) is the ultimate solution. Its primary advantage is the intelligent fold-away mechanism. Once you finish your workout, simply pull the locking pin and swing the arm—along with the bag—parallel to the wall. In just seconds, you regain valuable floor space for other activities.

The mount is engineered from heavy-duty thick-walled steel and, with a total weight of 11 kg, stands as one of the most robust options on the market. The 70 cm arm length provides ample clearance to ensure the bag doesn't hit the wall during swings, allowing for a full range of movement, including Thai kicks. Thanks to the wide base plate (48 cm), the bag's weight and impact force are distributed efficiently, minimizing the risk of damage to your masonry.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

At what height should I install the mount?

A simple rule of thumb: the top edge of the punching bag should be approximately 10 cm above your head. When mounting, remember to account for the length of the chain (usually around 30 cm) to determine the final hook height.

Do I need to remove the bag before folding the arm?

No, that is the greatest benefit of this design. The bracket is built to support the bag even in the folded position. You simply swing it against the wall with the weight still attached.

What type of wall is suitable for installation?

We strictly recommend solid walls (brick or concrete). Due to the heavy weight and dynamic forces during training, this mount is not suitable for drywall or stud partitions without professional reinforcement.

Is maintenance required?

Maintenance is minimal. We recommend periodically checking the wall bolts for tightness and applying a drop of silicone oil to the folding pin for smooth operation.

Equipment lifespan depends on training frequency, proper use, and care. Only use your gear for its intended purpose and let it dry after every session.
