It is made of an exclusive high-tech thermoplastic material that is 30% stronger and has 8 times the tensile strength of conventional mouth guard materials. With a thickness of 1.6 mm in the Small and Medium sizes and 2 mm in the Large size, the Aero guard is up to 50% thinner than standard mouthguards. This thin, very light and up to 20 times reshapeable mouthguard will delight you.

Choose the right size and color with the SISU Aero mouth guard. The taller you are, the bigger your jaw is, which is why the Aero series offers 3 sizes of protectors. According to the size chart, you can easily choose the right size for you.

  • No pre-shaping - the flat shape allows perfect copying of the shape of the dental arch
  • Size Small/Medium: 1.6mm thin
  • Size Large: 2.0mm thin
  • Ages 7+ (Choose size Small or Medium for braces)
  • Aero Medium and Large are compatible with braces (Aero Small is not) - you must follow the attached instructions or video

  • Match your gloves to the training type (sparring / bag / all-round / competition).
After training
  • Open and air dry outside your bag
  • Wipe the surface with a damp cloth; disinfectant spray recommended
  • Leather gloves: condition with leather balm every 2 months
  • Hand wraps: wash after each use in a mesh laundry bag, max. 40 °C, no fabric softener
  • Dry wraps unrolled; roll up only once completely dry
Never machine wash or tumble dry – risk of deformation and damage. Do not dry near direct heat sources.
