How do I choose the right size?

Choose based on your hand circumference and body weight according to the size chart. If you are between sizes, we recommend going one size up for more comfort.

What is the difference compared to regular boxing gloves?

Bag gloves have thinner and firmer padding, giving you better punch feedback and control. They are not designed for sparring.

Can I use them without hand wraps?

It is not recommended. Due to minimal padding, hand wraps help protect your knuckles and wrists.
