How does the shirt hold up after washing? Will it shrink?

Thanks to the spandex blend, the shirt is much more stable than pure cotton. By washing at 30°C and avoiding the dryer, the shirt will maintain its shape and elasticity for a long time.

Should I choose my regular size?

The shirt features an "Athletic Fit." If you prefer a tighter look, choose your standard size. If you prefer a looser feel, we recommend choosing one size larger than your usual casual t-shirt size.

Is the shirt suitable for intense cardio training?

Yes, the material blend effectively wicks away basic moisture, and thanks to its elasticity, it won't pinch in the armpits even during extreme ranges of motion, which is crucial in boxing.
