BJJ / Grappling knee pads Ground Game Logo – protection on the mat without restriction

The BJJ / Grappling knee pads Ground Game Logo are designed for ground training, where your knees take the most stress. They provide protection against abrasions, pressure absorption and comfort in every movement on the mat.

During BJJ, grappling or wrestling, your knees are in constant contact with the surface. Without protection, you quickly feel burning, irritation and uncomfortable pressure, which can limit your training. EVA foam padding helps distribute pressure and improves overall comfort.

The elastic material adapts to your knee and stays in place even during dynamic movement. The knee pads do not slip, do not rotate and won’t get in your way during transitions or ground work.

The additional Velcro strap provides extra stability. You can fully focus on your technique without constantly adjusting your gear.

The lightweight and compact design ensures maximum comfort. You’ll barely notice them during training, and they are easy to carry with you anywhere.

Why use knee pads for BJJ?

On the mat, your knees are constantly exposed to friction and pressure. Without protection, this can lead to irritation and discomfort. Knee pads help you:

  • increase comfort during ground work
  • reduce pressure on your knees in positions
  • train longer without discomfort
