Amino acids are vital for all body functions such as digestion, liver function or wound healing. They keep the skin, ligaments, muscles, tendons, internal organs, glands, hair and nails in good condition. They contribute to the production of hormones and also serve as a source of energy.
BCAAs, i.e. branched chain amino acids, consist of three amino acids: valine, isoleucine and leucine. All are very important in building muscle. Valine is a source of energy for muscles and also contributes significantly to cell metabolism. Isoleucine is an amino acid required for hemoglobin production and also contributes to regeneration. Leucine contributes to the regeneration of bones, skin and muscles and is also capable of increasing protein absorption by itself. BCCAs are the basis of proteins that contribute to the maintenance and increase of muscle mass. By supplementing with BCAAs during intense training or during a reduction diet, you can prevent muscle mass from being "burned", protect it against catabolism - for this effect, administer BCAAs before or during training.
Recommended dosage:
The dosage of BCCA is individual, usually 1-2 scoops are recommended approximately 20 minutes before performance or during as part of a drinking regimen. Take between meals on non-training days.
