Wash cool (up to 30 °C) and skip the fabric softener – it clogs the fibres and reduces both moisture-wicking and the anti-odour finish. Don't tumble dry or dry it on a radiator, as the spandex will lose its stretch. The sublimation print won't crack or fade in the wash.
Which size should I pick if I'm between two?
The fit is athletic and close. If you want maximum support for hard training, take the smaller of the two sizes. If you prefer a looser feel or you'll wear it under another layer, go up.
Why sublimation print instead of a standard print?
With sublimation the dye bonds directly into the fibre rather than sitting on the surface as a layer. That means it can't peel or crack when it rubs against the mats or your partner's gi, and the fabric stays breathable.
