About the product

MSC Certified Arctic Fish Broth is a premium powdered broth made from the bones and heads of wild Arctic cod (Gadus morhua) caught through sustainable fishing in Norway. The fish are processed just hours after being caught, and the broth is slowly simmered for 3 to 5 hours. This traditional preparation method helps preserve natural nutrients such as collagen, calcium, phosphorus, and iodine. The final product is gently dried and contains no additives or allergens.
