PRiDEorDiE Only The Strong MMA training shorts are made from durable 100% polyester microfiber offering comfort and durability. The elastic waist and drawstring ensure an optimal fit. The shorts have a lycra belt in the crotch and side slits, which allows free movement during training and matches . The special "piping" finish protects the shorts from premature wear , which increases their lifespan.
