CHOOSING THE RIGHT SIZE
MMA gloves are typically sized using standard clothing sizes (e.g. S, M, L, XL, and sometimes XS or XXL).
Recommendation: Choose size based on hand circumference (for children, also consider age due to hand length), intended use, and personal preference. Always refer to the size chart provided with the specific product.
The internal fit may vary slightly by brand – some gloves are tighter, others more spacious. If you plan to wear wraps or inner gel gloves, take that into account when selecting your size.
USAGE
- Wearing: Put the gloves on the correct hand – left and right can be distinguished by the shape and curve of the finger openings.
- Fastening: Secure the gloves tightly using the velcro strap or multi-point closure if available.
