Hayabusa T3

Are you looking for maximum stability and protection? The Hayabusa T3 Boxing Gloves in Black/Grey are the result of years of scientific research. Thanks to the patented Dual-X® closure system and 4x Fusion Splinting technology, they provide unparalleled wrist support that eliminates the risk of injury. It’s no coincidence they were voted the best boxing gloves on the market by Men's Health magazine.

The Vylar® engineered leather surface has been laboratory-tested to be more durable than genuine leather. Inside, you'll find Deltra-EG™ technology for world-class knuckle protection. Practical features include a microfiber sweat thumb for wiping your forehead and an AG™ lining that effectively regulates the temperature inside the glove.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why do the gloves have two closure straps?
The Dual-X® system ensures the wrist is locked in a neutral position. This prevents dangerous wrist flexion during off-center impacts and stabilizes the entire hand.
Which size (oz) should I choose?
For sparring, 16oz gloves are generally recommended for the safety of your partner. For heavy bag and mitt work, choose the weight based on your body weight (see the chart above).
Is Vylar® material really more durable than leather?
Yes, independent tests confirm that Vylar® offers superior resistance to abrasion, cracking, and moisture compared to traditional leather, significantly extending the life of the gloves.
What is the purpose of the suede-like material on the thumb?
This is the "sweat thumb". It allows you to quickly and hygienically wipe sweat from your face during training without having to remove your gloves.
How should I properly maintain the T3 gloves?
Do not wash the gloves. After training, wipe them with a damp cloth and let them dry naturally in a well-ventilated area. Never place the gloves near a direct heat source (radiators, direct sunlight). High temperatures can cause materials to degrade, adhesives to crumble, and technologies to lose their functionality, drastically shortening the product's lifespan.
How do these gloves maintain their long-term freshness?
The gloves feature an AG™ inner lining that effectively regulates temperature and contains antimicrobial properties. This actively inhibits the buildup of unwanted odors and keeps the interior of the glove in optimal condition.

Purpose: Boxing gloves protect your hands during combat sports training and help absorb impact from strikes. They are designed to keep both you and your sparring partner safe.

Proper use: Each type of glove has a specific purpose. Sparring gloves are intended only for partner training — they have thicker padding and larger volume. Bag gloves are designed exclusively for punching bags or focus mitts. Universal gloves can be used for both, but with some compromises in durability.

Using gloves outside their intended purpose — such as hitting a heavy bag with sparring gloves — leads to faster wear and tear. Damage caused by improper use is not covered under warranty. Likewise, using gloves for strength exercises (like push-ups) can deform the structure and cause internal damage.

Choosing the right size: Most boxing gloves are labeled by weight in ounces (oz), which indicates the amount of padding — the higher the number, the more protection. Some models may also use standard clothing sizes (S, M, L). The internal fit can vary by brand — if you use hand wraps or inner gloves, you may need a slightly larger size. Always refer to the size chart on the product page.

Care and maintenance: After training, wipe the gloves clean with a damp cloth and let them dry fully at room temperature, away from direct heat or sunlight. Do not wash or soak them. For longer glove life, store them in a dry, well-ventilated place and always use hand wraps or inner liners.

Disclaimer: Boxing gloves do not provide complete protection from injury. Train responsibly and, when possible, under supervision of a qualified coach.
