Proper use: Each type of glove has a specific purpose. Sparring gloves are intended only for partner training — they have thicker padding and larger volume. Bag gloves are designed exclusively for punching bags or focus mitts. Universal gloves can be used for both, but with some compromises in durability.

Using gloves outside their intended purpose — such as hitting a heavy bag with sparring gloves — leads to faster wear and tear. Damage caused by improper use is not covered under warranty.
