Tablets containing BCCA amino acids enriched with vitamin B6 . Amino acids are the basic building block of every muscle cell. Amino acids BCCA belong together with several others among essential (indispensable) amino acids . In the event of their insufficient intake (for example, during increased physical exertion), undesirable catabolic processes occur in the muscles (breakdown of muscle mass in order to release energy). Added vitamin B6 contributes to the normal metabolism of proteins and glycogen and reduces the level of fatigue and exhaustion.

Recommended dosage:

Take 4 tablets daily: 2 tablets 30 minutes before training and 2 tablets immediately after training.
