How to return or exchange goods?

If the purchase contract is concluded by means of distance communication (in an online shop), the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt of the goods without giving any reason in accordance with § 1829 (1) of the Civil Code.

The goods must be returned in undamaged condition, without signs of use, including tags and labels.

If you wish to change the size, weight or exchange the product for a completely different one, please fill in this form, which is available to download and print, and attach it to the returned goods.

To return a purchased product, please use this form, which is available to download and print. Please fill in the information required for the exchange and send it to us together with the product.

You do not have to worry about a lengthy process. The return period is 14 days from receipt of the goods, so you have plenty of time to think things over and prepare the product for its journey back to us.

Payment of return shipment

Upon delivery of the returned goods (withdrawal from the purchase contract) to the seller, the buyer will be sent the amount corresponding to the price paid for the goods. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

In the case of returning only part of the items from the order, the amount will be recalculated by the volume and loyalty discount or other discounts indicated on the invoice and related to the returned goods.

If the customer has applied FREE SHIPPING in the order and when returning part of the order, the remaining part of the order does not reach the amount for FREE SHIPPING at the selected carrier, the refund will bededuct the amount for the shipping charges that the customer selected in the order, as would happen if the customer did not order above the amount to receive FREE SHIPPING.

Please DO NOT send the goods you are returning back for DELIVERY. Shipments received in this manner will not be accepted.

Refunds will be made by bank transfer to the above account.

The Buyer is not entitled to withdraw from the Purchase Contract if one or more of the following conditions are met:

  • goods are without original labels, tags
  • the goods are used
  • the goods are depreciated
  • part of the goods or accessories are damaged or missing
  • the mouthguards cannot be returned or replaced for hygiene reasons
