Under the applicable consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. Return the goods within 14 days of delivery in their original, unused condition, with tags intact.
How to Return or Exchange

Complete the online Returns & Exchanges form.

Pack the item in its original packaging.

Schedule pickup via GLS using this link: https://www.gls-returns.com/#/m/rokcorp.
The service fee is €6.00, which will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping Costs
Return or exchange shipping is paid by the customer. A fee of €6.00 will be deducted from the refunded amount.
If we cover the shipping cost for an exchange, it will be invoiced separately.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed via bank transfer to the account you provide on the form. Providing bank details is required.
Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

Goods must have tags and packaging intact

Goods must not have been used beyond normal inspection

No parts of the product may be missing (e.g., accessories)

Hygienic items (mouthguards, supplements, headphones, etc.) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
