To exchange or return a product you have purchased, please complete the following form, which you can download and print. Fill out the form with the information needed for the exchange and send it to us with the product;

You don't have to worry about a lengthy process. The return period is 14 days from receipt, so you have plenty of time to think things through and prepare the product for its journey back to us;
