Withdrawal from the contract
Product Returns
Products must be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt, in an undamaged condition, including original tags and labels.
To return the product, please use this form and attach it to the returned item.
Return Shipping Cost
The cost of return shipping is 5 EUR. The return is processed through GLS courier, who will pick up the product from the address you choose.

Refund
The refund will be made via bank transfer after the returned product has been received. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Return Conditions
The customer does not have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract if:
- the product is without original tags
- the product has been used
- any part of the product is missing
- certain types of products cannot be returned (e.g., mouthguards, dietary supplements, etc.).
If this return method is not suitable for you, you can use another carrier.
