Dear customer, from now on we accept claims exclusively online through this form.

How to proceed:
- Enter your order and invoice number.
- Describe the defect and attach photos of the defect and the invoice.
- Submit the form and you will receive an automatic confirmation.

Sending Returned Goods for Complaint

You can send the complained goods via GLS using this link: https://www.gls-returns.com/#/m/rokcorp.
The service fee is €6.00 and, in case the complaint is not accepted, it will be deducted from your refund. If the complaint is accepted, we cover the shipping costs; if the complaint is not accepted, we reserve the right to charge you the full shipping costs.

Next steps:
- Within 3 business days, we will inform you by email about the next steps.
- In more complex cases, we may ask you to send the defective goods for inspection. The confirmation email will include detailed instructions and the shipping address.

Warranty and exclusions:
- 24-month warranty from the date of receipt.
- Mechanical wear and gifts cannot be claimed.
- Consumer claims are handled within 30 days by law. Business claims cover only defects existing at receipt.
