Amino acids and creatine

Amino acids are the basic building blocks of proteins, which make up muscles and other body tissues. They have a number of other important functions in the body and are involved in the processes that produce enzymes and hormones. They are crucial for muscle growth and regeneration, digestion of food, absorption of nutrients and a host of other processes. Creatine improves performance especially in speed sports, maximal muscle performance, workouts consisting of multiple sets with maximal muscle contraction and short-term loads.
